The location is unbeatable, a real highlight of my stay. It is within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Saigon Central Post Office. The breakfast buffet had various choices. The egg station was a nice touch! Quyen at the front desk was AMAZING. She allowed me to check in early.
The front desk staff could be more helpful. When I requested an extra bottle of water, I was told I had to purchase it, besides the two small complimentary bottles given daily. The lighting in the Premier Double or Twin Room was dim. More lights would brighten the space.
